These terms govern your use of the Aegis PMS website, operated by AEGIS MARINE LTD. They do not replace the subscription agreement that applies to use of the Aegis software.

You may use this website for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, misuse content or use the site in a way that could harm Aegis or others.
Information and evaluations
Website content, product demonstrations and evaluation environments are provided for general information and evaluation. They may contain fictional or preconfigured data and do not constitute operational, safety, engineering, legal or regulatory advice.
Intellectual property
Aegis PMS and its content, software, designs, trade marks and materials are owned by or licensed to AEGIS MARINE LTD. No rights are granted except as necessary to use this website. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer our materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis excludes warranties regarding the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subscription services
Access to the Aegis platform, vessel software, support, service levels, data handling and fees are governed by the written agreement accepted by the relevant customer. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Governing law
